Job summary

Rinker Materials in El Mirage, AZ is seeking a Production Worker to join our concrete products team. You will mix and pour concrete, operate and maintain equipment, and assist with forming and moving materials in an outdoor manufacturing setting.

The role requires reading work orders, familiarity with hand and power tools, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds with forklift assistance when needed. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

We are looking for a PRODUCTION WORKER to join our El MIRAGE, AZ plant. As a general laborer with Rinker Materials, you will contribute to one of the nation's largest manufacturers of reinforced concrete pipe, box, bridge, and other related infrastructure products for stormwater and sanitary applications.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by management at any given time and in any given area

About You

We Require:

• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment.
• Preferred – Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred – Experience operating a forklift, especially an industrial forklift.
• Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently. Over 50 pounds, a forklift or crane will be used. Must be able to push or pull cart with 80 pounds of force. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders. Must be able to step up 20 inches.
