Job description

Indiana Box/TRG, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners, currently has exciting opportunities available for Production Workers (3rd shift) in Greenfield, IN. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for all activities associated with running the machine including setup, operation, cleanup and recommendation of improvements.

Indiana Box/TRG’s mission is to provide value-added solutions to the most demanding customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  1. Setup machine accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques.
  2. Cross train on other machines and switch duties as needed.
  3. Monitor quality, including, but not limited to, loose liner, warp, correct size and print.
  4. Ensure safe and proper operation of equipment.
  5. Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs; be proactive in the maintenance of equipment.
  6. Attend all plant safety meetings.
  7. Practice safe work habits at all times.
  8. Adhere to production schedule; make recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals.
  9. Train and assist others at the machine.
  10. Ability to work overtime as the job requires.

TRG REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  1. High school diploma or GED.
  2. An energetic, motivated, and dependable worker who is dedicated to the job and team.
  3. The ability to function as a mature, professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates.
  4. The willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the team.
