Job summary

Kawneer Cranberry plant is seeking personnel for 12-hour rotating shifts with a $1 shift differential on top of base pay. The role involves working on our plant floor to help manufacture commercial windows and aluminum components.

Overtime is possible, and the schedule rotates between weeks with 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next. Employees receive a robust benefits package starting on day one, including medical, prescription, dental and vision coverage, a 401K with up to 6% match, 11 paid

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant floor equipment to support production.
• Follow all safety, quality, and process controls.
• Conduct basic quality checks and report issues.
• Assist with setup, changeovers, and line clearances as needed.

Shift: 6pm - 6am**

$20.68/ hr + $1 Shift Differential

**For 12 hour shift, it rotatesdays on and off, week 1 work 36 hours then week 2 work 48 hours (mandatory overtime can occur on top of this).
