NCW is seeking dependable Production Workers to join a growing manufacturing team in Waxahachie, TX. You will operate machinery, assemble products, perform quality inspections, and handle materials while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and prior manufacturing experience. Forklift experience is a plus, with opportunities on 1st and 2nd shifts, including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
• Assemble products and raw materials according to production specifications.

• Package, sort, load, unload, and move materials throughout the production process.
• Report equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Meet daily production goals while following all safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Perform additional production and warehouse duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA regulations, PPE requirements, and company policies.

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Workers to join a growing manufacturing team in Waxahachie, TX. In this role, you will support daily production by operating machinery, assembling products, performing quality inspections, packaging finished goods, and handling materials. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Employment Type & Compensation

• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
• Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on shift
• Application Period: This position will remain open until filled

Work Schedule

• 1st Shift – Leave when numbers are met
• 2nd Shift – Leave when numbers are met
• Weekends as needed
