Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Worker in Old Lyme, CT to support daily manufacturing operations on the 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 2:00 AM). You will inspect products, remove defective items, and ensure packaging quality while adhering to GMP and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with tolerance for shift changes. Onsite role with full company benefits.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product on a continuous basis to ensure all quality standards are met.
• Remove damaged or defective product, baskets, or materials and properly store or dispose of them.
• Perform visual inspections of packaging to confirm accuracy, seal integrity, and code/date compliance.
• Stack cartons or trays onto pallets/skids using correct patterns; safely operate pallet jacks for movement of finished goods.
• Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in line with GMP and housekeeping standards.

What's the Job?
