Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting the overall operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Set up and maintain equipment: Prepare machinery for use, ensuring it operates safely and effectively.
Operate machinery: Run the machines, feed them raw materials, and produce the required parts.
Monitor and troubleshoot: Keep an eye on the production line, diagnosing and fixing any issues with the machinery.
Comply with standards: Ensure that the product and process meet quality standards and follow safety procedures.
Assist with general maintenance: Help with taking out trash and sweeping the plant while training.
Forklift experience required (sit-down “Hyster”).
Knowledge of CNC machinery.
Understanding of safety and quality standards.
Ability to work in a non-temperature controlled environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
