Job summary

Qualifications

• Welding certification is mandatory.
• Able to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and work safely.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Weld and assemble parts using MIG welding equipment and fixtures.
• Read and interpret work orders and blueprints with minimal guidance.
• Set up machines for various materials and thicknesses.
• Meet production targets and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain and lubricate equipment; perform quality inspections.
• Transition between benches as required; keep area clean.
