Job summary

CHASE Staffing is seeking a Production Associate for the Villa Rica/Douglasville area. The role involves racking metal extrusions and sheets onto beams, preparing materials for production, and assisting with assembly tasks. The candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled facility.

Overtime may be required. Pay is $16.00 per hour with Monday–Friday 1:00 PM–9:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or production experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to stand throughout the shift and perform repetitive production work.

This position supports the production team by properly loading and securing metal materials onto beams for processing.
