Job summary

BYLD is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Colorado to support material picking, machine loading, and packaging finished goods. You will collaborate with production teams to ensure materials are available on time and handled safely.

This role requires physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs, basic math and reading of part numbers, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read part numbers and follow written instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Physical capability for repetitive and heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Experience in construction/production environments (1–3 years).

Responsibilities

• Pick materials according to released work orders and stage at designated production locations.
• Verify material part numbers, quantities, and dimensions using tape measures.
• Load raw materials into assigned machines, verifying correct orientation and positioning, and support start‑ups.
• Bundle and secure processed components and verify contents against wall segment stickers for accuracy.
• Coordinate transportation and handling needs with leadership and forklift operations; maintain banding equipment.
• Maintain safe material handling practices and alert leadership of any non‑conformities.
