Classic Metals Suppliers in Hialeah, FL is seeking a Production Warehouse Associate who is bilingual (English/Spanish) to support production operations by handling materials, staging, and delivery to production areas. You will monitor inventory, maintain clean and safe warehouse spaces, and follow OSHA safety standards while using PPE and warehouse equipment.

High school diploma and prior warehouse experience preferred.

Formación

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb and stand for long periods.
• Experience in warehouse or production support preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Ensure materials are received, staged, and delivered accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and comply with PPE and OSHA standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct support to production operations by ensuring timely handling of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Receive, stage, and deliver materials to designated production areas to maintain continuous workflow.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to supervisors to prevent production delays.
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas to support efficient operations and minimize safety risks.
• Comply with safety regulations and company policies, including PPE use and safe equipment operation.
• Assist with periodic cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to production operations by ensuring timely and accurate handling of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Receive, stage, and deliver materials to designated production areas to maintain continuous workflow.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to supervisors to prevent production delays.
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas to support efficient operations and minimize safety risks.
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of PPE, safe equipment operation, and reporting of hazards or incidents.
• Assist with periodic cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy and support planning efforts.

Physical and Safety Requirements:

• Must have physical strength and stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy materials (up to 50 lb.) and equipment safely throughout the shift.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders or step stools and work at heights when necessary.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling materials and operating warehouse equipment.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and high-visibility vests.
• Must always follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse machinery.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse or production support preferred.
• Experience with metal cutting tools or machinery is a plus.
• Execute the essential duties of the position, with or without accommodation.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude.
