Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient in reading English and basic math.
• Ability to operate forklift and basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and safety compliance.
• Ability to read and follow ISO procedures.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Safety Policies & Procedures and comply with legal requirements.
• Perform required pre-shift and workplace examinations.
• Inspect work area and equipment daily to identify safety, quality, operational, or reliability issues.
• Monitor, operate and adjust production equipment to ensure safe, quality, efficient output.
• Fill customer orders, adjust packaging as needed to meet specifications.
• Keep machinery and work areas clean and safe; report downtime or issues.
• Record production data including downtime and standby time.
