Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Production Utility/Laborer at the Buckeye, AZ plant. The role involves operating equipment, maintaining plant water flow, inspections, lubrication, and ensuring safety compliance, with cross-training in multiple duties to support efficient operations.

Typical schedule is daytime, Monday through Friday, with possible overtime and Saturday production needs. Candidates should meet MSHA safety requirements and be able to work in varied outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance.
• Positive, team-based attitude.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet.
• Ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy).

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment (front end loader/skid steer).
• Maintain water flow to the plant.
• Perform inspections and lubrication.
• Ensure safety compliance and follow MSHA rules.
• Cross-train in various duties.
• Support effective communication and operational efficiency.
• Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections.
• Maintain communications with plant employees and operators.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
