Job summary

BETA Technologies in South Burlington is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer for Production Tooling to drive the development of innovative tooling and processes for our eVTOL products. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of mechanical design experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical design.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software (Solidworks or Catia preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Design tools, jigs, fixtures, and machines to support manufacturing processes.
• Develop solutions for efficiency, rate, quality, ergonomics, and safety.
• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes for optimization.
