• Production Chemistry Programs

• Solids & Slow-Release Technologies (ScaleGone™)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Production Technology Engineer to support the design, deployment, and performance analysis of Finoric’s full suite of production-optimization technologies. This hybrid role centers on technical problem-solving, treatment design, field support, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, sales, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and design Kairos chemical EOR & restimulation treatments.
  • Lead engineering design and application planning for ScaleGone™ product line.
  • Assist with analysis of production-chemistry programs.
  • Conduct technical surveillance and analyze performance.
  • Provide technical support during field operations.
  • Collaborate with R&D on formulation improvements.
  • Present recommendations and results to customers.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of scale mechanisms and chemical inhibition.
  • Experience in chemical treatment design and evaluation.
  • Strong communication skills and customer engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with solid scale inhibitors.
  • Experience with chemical EOR or restimulation.
  • Familiarity with water chemistry and well performance modeling.
  • Familiar with decline modeling software (i.e. ComboCurve)
Salary Range

$100,000 to $200,000
