Job summary

GXO is seeking a Production Technician Supervisor in West Memphis, AR, to lead personnel, review data, and partner with customers to resolve issues. The role focuses on supervising daily production activities from 7:00am to 3:30pm, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

You will collaborate with Inventory Control, Transportation, and warehouse teams, monitor errors, maintain ISO documents, and train staff up to standard, including senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; ability to create complex Excel formulas.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of communication with customers and warehouse sites; advise customers of service failures and coordinate resolutions
• Audit daily order processes; ensure all orders are sent to each site
• Monitor and report all errors for performance tracking
• Work with Inventory Control, Transportation, and warehouse sites on service resolutions
• Oversee service provider performance and engage providers for service improvement
• Communicate order changes with warehouses and coordinate shipment schedules
• Maintain all department ISO compliance documents and train personnel to required standards
