Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Technicians for a leading paper manufacturing company in Becker, MN. This direct-hire role offers competitive pay and benefits.

You will operate production equipment, support processes, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure safe, efficient operations in a team-focused environment. This position requires a 12-hour rotating schedule including day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience in the last 5 years.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort using hand and power tools.
• Mobile equipment and overhead crane certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and controls for issues, hazards, or repairs.
• Clean, maintain, and repair machinery with hand tools or repair orders.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks (eyewash checks, extinguisher inspections, dust bag removal).
• Operate cranes and hoists to move spools and rolls.
• Move and stage paper rolls with RF scanning for tracking.
• Assist with coating prep and cleanup and support production uptime.
