Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Production Tech starting at $20.88 per hour plus shift differential to support production activities, equipment set-up, packaging, labeling, and records retention under Coca‑Cola Quality System Guidelines.

As part of the production team, you’ll maintain equipment, move materials, and ensure GMP and safety policies are followed to deliver quality products and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years of manufacturing and/or shipping experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience and safe operation required.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to work overtime and flexible shifts.
• Strong teamwork and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant manufacturing equipment per GMP policies.
• Move raw materials and finished products within facilities using forklifts.
• Inspect facilities to ensure safety and GMP compliance.
• Apply Coca-Cola Quality System to ensure product quality.
• Calculate production yields and record material variances.
• Communicate with peers to resolve product/service issues.
