Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience required.
• Military experience in electrical/mechanical/chemical fields considered.
• High school diploma or GED for internal candidates, with internal training credits.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain equipment to meet quality and productivity levels.
• Complete required training on schedule and mentor teammates as needed.
• Monitor process data and alarms; escalate issues when appropriate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on testing and problem solving.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper waste disposal.
• Record data and provide reports as requested.
