PCB Piezotronics, Inc. is hiring a Production Technician I in Halifax, NC. You will perform a variety of assembly tasks following written and verbal instructions, using basic tools and soldering techniques to support manufacture of vibration and sensing products.

The role emphasizes adherence to manufacturing standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, TCS), quality control, and teamwork across engineering and production. This is an on-site, full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: Entry-level.
• Special processes: Basic background in soldering, computer skills, electronics, and problem solving desired.
• Travel Requirement: As needed

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and work instructions to perform assembly tasks.
• Adhere to ESD standards and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Refer to drawings, Routers, BoM and specifications to perform simple assemblies.
• Inspect workmanship and processes to ensure quality before handing off to next operation.
• Operate basic assembly equipment and use inspection tools as required.
• Communicate issues with supervision and other departments to minimize delays.
