Job summary

QuVa is seeking a Production Technician I – Prep/Clean Room Support to join our Sugar Land, TX site on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM). This role supports aseptic processes, cleanrooms, formulations, and related documentation to ensure high-quality, safe pharmaceutical products for patients across the US.

You will complete training and perform duties including preparation, labeling, production, material handling, and routine cleaning; maintain gowning qualifications; and participate in

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Familiar with using mobile devices (smartphones, tablets).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Support cleanrooms, formulations, ILP, and compounding.
• Assist in preparation, transportation, labeling, production, and processing of materials.
• Daily/weekly/monthly cleaning of rooms and equipment following GDPs and standards.
• Maintain aseptic gowning qualification to support cleaning.
• Complete documentation for accountability and traceability of product following GDPs.
• Manage FEFO of chemicals, pulling expired ones monthly.
• Document activities in accordance with procedures.
• Perform sterile filter integrity testing as required.

Our Production Technician I – Prep/Cleanroom Support Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards of our pharmaceutical products. Once you complete our training, your responsibilities will include assisting in Prep/Cleanroom operations at QuVa Pharma in accordance with established processes and procedures. Your attention to detail and adherence to precise procedures will guarantee that our medications meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and quality, providing patients with the best possible care and outcomes. This is a full-time role for our 2nd shift, working Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. This is a set, consistent schedule with minimum overtime requirements and based on site in our Sugar Land, TX location.This is a safety sensitive position that may be subject to random drug testing, in accordance with applicable laws.

What the Production Technician I – Prep/Clean Room Support Does Each Day:

• Support cleanrooms, formulations, ILP, and compounding

Minimum Requirements For This Role

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• Able to successfully complete a background check
• Able and willing to walk, stoop, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout each shift, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Familiarity with and comfortable using mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, handhelds
• Able and willing to follow strict clothing and accessory rules to support our sterile operating environment
• 18+ years of age
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Quva will not sponsor applicants for work visas
