We are currently seeking a Production Technician to join the Benson Team to assist with processing daily orders, operating various finishing devices (for our print manufacturing process), and maintaining high quality product output.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure the materials are available for production
2. Inspect machinery and report any faults
3. Identify faults and troubleshoot
4. Analyze performance and products while making suitable recommendations
5. Implement preventative maintenance methods
6. Stay up to date with efficient methods of production and equipment maintenance
7. Ensure quality of printed goods are cut, boxed, and labeled correctly
8. Accurately communicate with the next department of any data collected
9. Cross train on other devices when current
10. Perform other duties as assigned

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience: Previous manufacturing experience, preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Working in a climate-controlled environment while standing for extended periods of time.
