Synerfac Technical Staffing in Ashburn, VA currently seeks a Production Technician to join a small, team-oriented engineering-driven company. You will sand and paint parts, maintain production logs, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Leadership to improve processes.

This role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of manufacturing experience, and comfort with hand and power tools; lifting 30–50 lbs as needed. Direct hire with overtime on occasion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or production experience required.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools required.
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Sand and paint parts when necessary.
• Maintain production logs and related documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Leadership teams to improve production processes.
• Support implementation of production quality control procedures.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Assist with training new employees on production procedures and safety standards.
• Report production or equipment issues to management.
