Job summary

TSP talent is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to safely operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment, ensuring high-quality output. This role involves routine maintenance, data recording, and collaboration with a safety-conscious team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include at least 1 year operating manufacturing equipment, strong English communication, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and readiness for flexible schedules including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+, eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to use computer systems for data entry.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in indoor/outdoor environments.
• Comfort working at heights and performing physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust equipment to meet specifications.
• Set up and change over equipment following standard procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, escalating complex problems.
• Perform preventive and autonomous maintenance using hand and power tools.
• Collect samples and accurately record production and quality data.
• Support team members while adhering to safety, food safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
