Job summary

Champion Home Builder, Inc in Mansfield, TX is hiring Production workers to join our team on the production line building manufactured housing with fast, quality-driven, team-based work.

Under general supervision, you will read blueprints, tape measures, and orders; perform manual labor; keep area clean; use hand, air, and electrical tools; and support a safe, efficient plant. We offer a 401k, paid vacation/holidays, medical, Rx, dental/vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.

Responsibilities

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure
• Read blue prints and orders
• Communicate well with coworkers
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
