Corrugated Supplies Company (CSC) is seeking a Production Technician for a shift-based role on 1st and 3rd shifts in Modesto, CA. The position involves supporting a high-energy shift team, maintaining safety and quality standards, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate starting at $26.78 with potential to earn $33.99 after attaining Tech A, plus paid vacation and education benefits.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Proficiency in English for safety and communication.
Experience in corrugated industry preferred.
Experience operating forklift and clamp trucks a plus.
Able to meet physical and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Operate and support high-speed corrugating machinery and related equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.
Work to meet production goals, quality and cost targets.
Communicate effectively with shift team and management.
Identify opportunities for safety, quality and efficiency improvements.
Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
