Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be cleared on any background screening.
• Ability to use a calculator and a tape measure.
• Computer skills a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age (duplicate)
• English literacy.

Responsibilities

• Follows work instructions and is responsible for good quality.
• Follows directions given by Supervisor.
• Dips woven tubes, roll coats, treats liner and hylenes if needed. Sets up and operates various equipment in the department.
• Notifies supervisor when tubes are near minimum percentage to determine the action to be taken.
• Prepares own treatments and is responsible for the specific gravity of same.
• Must make sure the barrels and tanks are properly grounded.
• Notifies supervisor of any problems concerning quality of equipment.
• Follows all safety rules and procedures.
• Required to lift 45 lbs of rubber for mixing periodically thru the shift.
• Required to wear respirators from time to time when doing certain jobs
• Required to use a calculator and weigh scale.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Maintain good housekeeping in department.
