Tube Specialties Company in Tempe, AZ is seeking an entry level Production Technician for our aerospace team. You will work hands-on with precision metal components used in aircraft and learn essential manufacturing processes.

No formal aerospace experience is required; we will train the right person. This role offers a safe, supportive environment, predictable shifts, and the chance to grow into more advanced production positions.

Qualifications

• Math basics (fractions, decimals, measurements) is required.
• Teamwork and reliability are essential.
• Willingness to learn and grow in manufacturing is important.
• Mechanical aptitude; comfortable with tools and machinery.
• Hands-on, warehouse, fabrication, machine operator or production experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment used in metal processing (cleaning, deburring, bending, pressing, basic machining).
• Load and secure metal parts onto machines or worktables using hand tools and fixtures.
• Remove completed parts and stage for next process.
• Follow production standards and work instructions with precision and care.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Wear required safety equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures.
