As a **Production Technician**, you will complete and support various tasks associated with the manufacturing process of our beverages. \\*This is a bargaining union position - represented by Local 773, International Brotherhood of Teamsters. **Position-Related Duties and Key Responsibilities*** Perform production tasks including equipment setup, filling, labeling, and recordkeeping in accordance with the Coca‐Cola Quality System to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.* Maintain manufacturing equipment and work areas (e.g., cleaning and sanitizing tanks and piping, maintaining conveyors, loading raw materials) according to GMP policies to ensure product quality.* Move raw materials and finished goods using forklifts or warehouse equipment to support production and shipping operations.* Inspect production, warehouse, and service areas to ensure compliance with safety, operating policies, and GMP standards.* Implement and maintain the Coca‐Cola Quality System to meet company product quality requirements.* Calculate and record production yields, scrap, and material usage variances.* Conduct microbiological testing of ingredients, water, and finished products, and perform ingredient receiving and trailer inspections.* Communicate with team members to address product or service issues, solve problems, and support business objectives.* Identify and report non‐compliance with company policies and procedures.* Maintain accurate documentation and retain records related to policy and procedure compliance.* Shift is Mon-Fri 2pm – 10:30pm* Overtime - Daily overtime may also be required in 4 hour increments.
