Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass post-offer screening.
• Experience with forklift and handling 50-lb lifts is beneficial.
• Proficient with SAP, MS Office, and production software.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery involved in particle board and/or TFL production.
• Monitor production processes to meet quality standards.
• Move raw materials and finished stacks through the facility.
• Assist setup and adjustment of equipment for runs.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
