Job summary

Air Liquide Advanced Materials is hiring a Production Technician for our Upper Mount Bethel, PA site (and Branchburg, NJ). The role requires working rotating 12‑hour shifts, including nights and weekends, to support safe, efficient chemical processes.

You will collaborate with production leads, participate in safety and SOP updates, and perform equipment assembly, maintenance, and cross‑training to develop expertise in ALAM processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be clean shaven at all times for safety.
• Ability to wear a full face tight fitting respirator and a fully encapsulated (Level A) ER suit, SCBA, or any other tight-fitting and/or supplied air respirators.
• Ability to medically pass a respiratory test and physical test to wear a full face respirator.
• Fitness for duty including lifting 50 pounds and climbing ladders.
• Ability to roll cylinders up to 200 lbs.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays in Upper Mount Bethel, PA or Branchburg, NJ.
• Positive safety attitude and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Ability to perform technical troubleshooting.
