Ball Corporation seeks a Production Technician for its Glendale, US plant. You will join a high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing crew, operating and maintaining high-speed equipment, performing repairs and supporting preventative maintenance.
The role emphasizes safety, quality of aluminium products, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting. Expect 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm, 6pm-6am), 4 days on/off with rotating day/night cycles every 32 days.
As a Production Technician, you’re a member of a production crew, reporting to a supervisor of an assigned production area. You will contribute to the success of Ball by observing operating principles of all assigned equipment and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your area of responsibility.
The Glendale plant is high-volume, fast-paced 24/7-365 days/year manufacturing environment. Our crews work 12 - hour shifts (6am-6pm/6pm-6am) working 4 days on/4 days off and rotating from day to night shift every 32 days.
