Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a full-time manufacturing operator to support diverse markets including animal nutrition, bioindustrial, and road safety salt. The role involves operating mixers, mills, grinders, and packing equipment, monitoring tanks, and recording data using computer systems.

You will work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions with PPE, lift up to 50 lbs, and participate in overtime, holidays, nights, or weekends with notice.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, and dust, with PPE.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Effective English communication and basic computer skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; 18 years or older.
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, nights, or weekends with notice.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixers, mills, grinders, and packing machinery to produce quality products.
• Monitor tank levels, collect samples, and record data using computer systems.
• Ensure products meet specifications and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Operate forklifts and loaders and move materials as needed.
• Collaborate with team to improve operations and promote teamwork.

Preferred Experience Includes
