Job summary

Coulter Services is seeking a full-time production worker to operate facility equipment like mixers, mills, grinders, and palletizers. You will input data into computer systems and help ensure products meet specifications.

The role requires English communication, the ability to perform physical tasks, and flexibility to work outdoors/indoors and at elevated areas. Overtime, night, weekend, or varying shifts may be required to support operations.

Role Overview:

This full-time position involves operating equipment, collecting samples, supervising tank levels, and ensuring product manufacturing meets specifications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills and physical ability to perform job duties.
• Ability to work in outdoor/indoor environments and elevated areas.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, or different shifts.

Preferred Experience:

Troubleshooting mechanical systems and prior production work experience.
