Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Production Engineering Technician (CNC) to support CNC programming, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a high-volume manufacturing setting. You will read engineering drawings, adjust fixtures, and analyze production data to drive efficiency on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Process Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
• CNC programming experience required.
• Experience in machining operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows and production processes.
• Ability to analyze production data and make process improvement recommendations.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Experience using quality inspection equipment including calipers and micrometers.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environments preferred.
• Aluminum die casting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of South Charleston, OH.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $78000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
