Job summary

Almac Group in Souderton, PA is seeking a Production Technician to perform packaging-related tasks ensuring product quality. The role includes primary/secondary packaging duties as needed, with emphasis on adherence to cGMP and SOPs.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year(s) of machine/mechanical experience; preferred candidates have mechanical/electrical training or degree and pharmaceutical GMP exposure. Benefits are offered and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operation, shut down, and cleaning of all Production related equipment utilizing the highest standards within a cGMP environment, following Almac SOPs.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and perform preventative maintenance per Almac SOPs and Planned Maintenance schedules.
• Package / Label / Assemble material in ambient conditioned areas, as detailed in the batch document while in accordance to ALMAC Clinical Services SOP's and cGMP's.
• Complete all required associated documentation per Almac SOPs ensuring accurate information is recorded.

Job description

Almac Group is currently seeking a Production Technician at our Souderton, Pa facility. The Production Technician will perform assigned functions at Almac Clinical Services relevant to the packaging area ensuring that quality is maintained in products for the safety, well-being, and protection of the patient. The Production Technician will also be required to perform assigned functions within Secondary Packaging Rooms (no exposed product), and in Primary Packaging Rooms (exposed product) when required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
