Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions, engineering drawings, and production standards using hand tools and production equipment.
• Inspect assemblies and equipment for defects; verify pin locations, wire lengths, and crimp integrity and report issues promptly.
• Label, package, and prepare completed products for shipment; manage shipping and receiving activities for components and production materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory of products and materials.
• Check stock levels and report deficiencies in products or raw materials.
• Maintain production area machines and production line equipment.
• Meet the deadlines of individual production tasks during shift.
• Keep the production area clean to avoid hazards from chemicals and fragile products.
• Follow the company’s safety and quality guidelines.
• Assume other duties as assigned.

Requires continuous physical effort; short work cycles; repetitive motion work. Standing 80%, walking 20%.Exposures to atmospheric conditions such as dust, fumes, varying temperature extremes.
