Job summary

ExecuSource is seeking a Production Technician – Electrical/Mechanical Assembly in an on-site, full-time role. The position requires 1–2 years of electrical and/or mechanical assembly experience, with the ability to read schematics and blueprints, and to use hand tools and material handling equipment.

Pay is $20/hour with a stable, long-term direct-hire opportunity. forklift certification is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of electrical and/or mechanical assembly experience (not assembly line or machine operation).
• Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints preferred.
• Experience using hand tools and material handling equipment.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification; prior forklift experience is a plus.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license required.
