Production Technicians at Northwest Ordinance Distilling are responsible for operating bottling equipment, monitoring production processes, ensuring product quality, performing maintenance tasks, and maintaining cleanliness of the bottling area. Production Technicians work in small teams where relationships and teamwork help drive the success of the facility.

Job Highlights:

• Quarterly bonuses based on department and plant performance that can be annualized up to $6800.

• 12-hour shifts on an alternating 2-2-3 schedule

Additional Responsibilities for the Production Technician include, but not limited to:

• Ensure adherence to all Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures
• Understand and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and best practices to ensure quality standards and performance metrics are met
• Perform equipment set-up, lubrication, changeover, and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to operate industrial equipment (fork trucks)

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work on your feet, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, kneeling and squatting
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for operating machinery

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and near moving mechanical parts

• Ability to work in wet, humid conditions (non-weather)
