Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support Imaging Operations to ensure accurate and efficient imaging processes.
  • Pre-Imaging: fixturing and tagging components for proper alignment.
  • Post-Imaging: handle, tag, and document components for traceability.
  • Shipping and Receiving: package, label, and ship imaged components per procedures.
  • Set up and maintain fixtures, tools, and equipment; report issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of imaging activities and results.
  • Collaborate with imaging techs and logistics to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Follow safety protocols and compliance guidelines for imaging operations.

Description

The Production Technician will play a key role in supporting imaging operations. This position focuses on executing pre-imaging and post-imaging tasks in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will help maintain smooth imaging processes while supporting quality, efficiency, and traceability.

Core work hours 10:00am - 6:00pm; Monday-Friday

The base salary range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00 per hour plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Duties And Responsibilities Of The Production Technician
  • Support Imaging Operations Assist with imaging operations to support accurate and efficient imaging processes.
  • Pre-Imaging Preparation Perform fixturing and tagging of components prior to imaging, ensuring proper alignment and identification for imaging workflows.
  • Post-Imaging Handling Manage the handling, tagging, and documentation of components after imaging, maintaining traceability and quality standards.
  • Shipping and Receiving Assist the packaging, labeling, and shipment of imaged components and receive incoming materials, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Equipment Setup and Maintenance Set up and maintain fixtures, tools, and equipment used in imaging workflows, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly.
  • Documentation and Recordkeeping Maintain accurate records of imaging activities
  • Collaboration and Communication Work closely with imaging technicians and logistics personnel to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Safety and Compliance Follow all safety protocols and applicable guidelines related to imaging operations and material handling.
Requirements
