About Overwatch Imaging:

Overwatch Imaging is an imagery intelligence technology company working to bring sensor autonomy to time-critical airborne search, detection,trackingand monitoring missions. Our Automated Sensor Operator (ASO) software, native to our own line of purpose-built Smart Sensors and as an upgrade for airborne video gimbal platforms, brings Superhuman Vision and Workload Reduction to users of real-time imagery intelligence systems. About this Role:

WhatYou’lldo:

Electronics Assembly

• Assemble optical and electronic components using hand tools or power tools.
• Assemble cable harness assemblies.
• Follow technical drawings or work instructions.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards.

Quality Control

• Conduct in-process and final inspections.
• Record data from quality checks and report deviations to supervisors or QA.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to meet 5S/lean manufacturing standards.

Documentation

• Complete production logs, batch records, or digital tracking systems.
• Report any defects, delays, or unsafe conditions.
• Maintainaccuraterecords for inventory and material usage.

Collaboration

• Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assistin process improvement initiatives or lean manufacturing events.

Required Education and Experience:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED
• Associate degree in electronics or technical certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• IPC certification preferred

Experience and Technical Competence:

• Familiarity with electronics assembly, tools, and safety practices
• Experience with quality control procedures and inspection techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or work instructions
• Basic computer skills (for data entry, tracking systems, etc.)
• Experience with lean manufacturing and ISO standards
