Job summary

Bastian Automation is seeking a Production Technician I to perform general assembly of volume material handling equipment projects, following standardized work and inspecting for shipping readiness on the 1st shift.

You will rotate assignments across cells, sign off on work for traceability, maintain 6S and cell housekeeping, and communicate with team members during daily meetings and problem-solving sessions. Safety and punctuality are emphasized, with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Read and follow standardized work and job instructions to assemble and inspect products.
• Rotate assignments across cells as required.
• Sign off on work for traceability.
• Maintain 6S and cell housekeeping.
• Communicate effectively and attend team meetings and problem-solving sessions.
• Report injuries, quality issues or delays to the team lead.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Other duties may be assigned.
