Job summary

Calypso Enterprises, a medical cannabis cultivation company in Erie, PA, seeks a Production Technician to support consistent, sanitary, and safe production and packaging of final products.

Reporting to Production Manager, duties include handling ingredients, inventory, data entry, order processing, and ensuring quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Attention to detail and a quick eye
• Ability to sit for 8 hours per day

Responsibilities

• Handling and storing all ingredients and products in accordance with state health standards.
• Conducting and recording all beginning and end-of-day inventories of all medical and non-medical products.
• Regularly entering inventory and logistics data into tracking systems designated by the state and company.
• Receiving and processing orders from the Sales team with consistent speed and accuracy.
• Reviewing orders, then identifying and pulling correct product for orders.
• Labeling and packing orders with strong attention to detail, including examining products to verify conformance to quality standards.

Production Technician

Calypso Enterprises,a medical cannabis cultivation company located in Erie, PA under new ownership and recommitted to building a world class team to grow excellent product,is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and strategic individual to join our team as a Production Technician.

About the Work:

Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring thconsistent, sanitary, and safe production and packaging of finalproducts.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handlingand storingall ingredients and products in accordance with State Department of Health standards.
• Conducting and recording allbeginningand end-of-day inventories of all medical andnon-medical products.
• Regularly entering inventory and logistics data into tracking systems designated by the state and the company.
• Receivingand processing orders from the Sales team with consistent speed and accuracy.
• Reviewing orders, then identifying and pulling correct product for orders.

• Mechanical — Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

• Ability to work up to 10 hours a day and rotating shifts
• Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 75 pounds

• Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a workday
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Extended computer usage
• Comfortable being under constant video surveillance
• Work environments that include exposure to, but not limited to fumes, dust, odors, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, and noise.
