Staffmark Group is hiring a Production Technician in Carrollton, TX. Shift options include 1st and 2nd, with a pay rate of $17.00–$21.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule. Responsibilities cover cleaning, processing, coating, and packaging parts while maintaining safety and SOP compliance.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; technical training/associate degree a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience with parts cleaning, coating technologies, or chemical processing; QA/Lean training a plus.

Mansioni

• Process parts using chemical and manual cleaning methods.
• Perform receiving, processing, wiping, scrubbing, masking, and packaging of parts.
• Operate equipment used for chemical processing, blasting, coating, drying, baking, and related manufacturing processes.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow SOPs and Lean manufacturing principles; maintain safety procedures.
• Take measurements and record process data; maintain production documentation.
• Organize and maintain assigned production areas.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous chemicals safely per guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and learn additional processes.
• Prepare, package, bag, and ship customer parts.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Technical training or an Associate degree in a related field is a plus

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience required
• 3+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with parts cleaning, coating technologies, or chemical processing preferred
• High-tech manufacturing or semiconductor industry experience preferred
• Quality Assurance experience preferred
• Media blasting experience preferred
• Kaizen or Lean Manufacturing training is a strong plus
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds consistently
• Ability to kneel, bend, reach, push, pull, and grasp
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
• Ability to wear required PPE, including hairnets, frocks, and other protective equipment
• Comfortable working with hazardous chemicals while following strict safety procedures
