Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. in Butler, PA is seeking Hourly Production Technician employees to join our Butler operation. This role supports safety, quality, and productivity across production units and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, using overhead cranes and mobile equipment, performing general labor, and following established procedures. The position requires a strong commitment to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in manufacturing or industrial related field.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to read, understand and follow operating instructions and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills - verbal and written.
• Willingness and availability to work rotating shifts 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
