Synerfac Technical Staffing seeks a Production Technician to join our manufacturing client in Ashburn, VA. You will support daily production activities, perform basic tooling tasks, and maintain accurate production logs.

The role emphasizes teamwork with engineering and leadership to optimize processes and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or production experience required.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools required.
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Sand and paint parts when necessary.
• Maintain production logs and related documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Leadership teams to improve production processes.
• Support implementation of production quality control procedures.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Assist with training new employees on production procedures and safety standards.
• Report production or equipment issues to management.
