Job summary

Radeus Labs, located in Poway, CA, is seeking a Production Technician I. This entry-level, hands-on role will involve assembling electronic and mechanical components, following written instructions, and learning testing and documentation practices on a team.

The position is full-time with a $21–$24/hour wage. You will support inspections, basic product testing, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while following Lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components using hand tools, drawings, and work instructions.
• Follow established processes and instructions to complete work accurately and efficiently.
• Perform visual inspections to identify defects, missing components, or workmanship issues.
• Assist with basic product testing under the direction of experienced team members.
• Accurately document completed work using travelers, checklists, and other production records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN I

We’re looking for a Production Technician I to join our growing team. This is an entry-level, hands‑on position where you’ll learn how our products are built, assembled, inspected, and tested. WHAT YOU’LL DO
