Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner in Orlando to join our family. You will work as a team to unload soiled products from service trucks and begin the production process each morning.

We offer a 40-hour work week with Saturdays and Sundays off, on-the-job training, a 401K with Company Match, health insurance, and opportunities for career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED required.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to operate machinery at 18+.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload soiled products from trucks.
• Separate products by type.
• Weigh soiled products and hoist/store until next process.
• Handle reductions and/or modifications to the customer's account.
• Follow safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.

As a Team Partner in the Production Department, you will be working as a team to clear out soiled products from our service trucks. This is where our production process begins every morning. At UniFirst we have a 5-day work week, enjoy Saturday and Sunday off!! We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What you’ll be doing:

• Unload soiled products from trucks
• Separate products by type

• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to operate machinery
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push carts up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units of weight measurement, volume, and distance
