UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to join the Production Department in Ontario, CA. You will work with the team to clear soiled products from service trucks, participate in cross-training, and support daily production cycles with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role offers on-the-job training, great hourly pay, and a full benefits package including 401K with company match, health insurance, life insurance, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

As a Team Partner in the Production Department, you will be working as a team to clear out soiled products from our service trucks. This is where our production process begins every morning. At UniFirst we have a 5-day work week, enjoy Saturday and Sunday off!! We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What you’ll be doing:

• Unload soiled products from trucks
• Separate products by type

• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or managemen t

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to operate machinery
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push carts up to 40lbs.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units of weight measurement, volume, and distance
