Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner at our Croydon, PA location to join the production floor on the 1st shift. You will unload soiled items, sort by type, weigh, and prep for the next stage in the process.

This entry-level role offers a 40-hour workweek, on-the-job training, and opportunities for growth within a family-oriented culture. Benefits include health insurance, 401K with company match, PTO, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Basic math and ability to handle light lifting and pushing.

Responsibilities

• Unload soiled products from trucks.
• Separate products by type.
• Weigh soiled products and hoist/store until next process.
• Follow safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by supervisor or management.
