Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to join our UniFirst Family. As a Team Partner in the Production Department, you will help prepare orders and floormats for delivery to our customers. We offer on-the-job training, a 5-day work week, and weekends off.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety policies and quality checks. You'll gain cross-training and opportunities for career growth within a 2 billion-dollar organization.

Qualifications

• Must have high school education or GED.
• Must be at least 18 to operate mat roller or machinery.
• Must be at least 16 to work in load building area.
• Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to lift 15–30 lbs.
• Basic math using standard units.

Responsibilities

• Bundle, package, and roll articles per company requirements.
• Handle flat good orders and select appropriate items.
• Select items by style, color, etc.
• Inspect products for tears, holes, stains, moisture, etc.
• Follow safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management

• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
• Ability to lift up to 15-30 lbs
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units of weight measurement, volume, and distance
